Senior Living in Naples Florida

A Statement on COVID-19 from Vi

Updated: April 7, 2020

The health and safety of our residents and staff will always be Vi at Bentley Village's highest priority, and the infection control measures we have instituted will remain in place for the foreseeable future.  Following the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC, state, and local health agencies, we are taking quarantine and protective measures to safeguard our residents, their neighbors and our staff.  Since the growth of the coronavirus is showing no signs of diminishing in Florida or across the United States, we do not anticipate our current status on containment and self-isolation to cease in the near term.

Given new CDC and state and local guidelines, we are utilizing protective masks for our staff whenever possible based upon the judicious deployment of supplies and, if necessary, prioritizing by position based on potential for contact as well as other factors. We will continue to aggressively pursue options in procuring personal protective equipment (PPE) for our communities. This is a priority.

To combat our residents’ feelings of isolation and confinement, our teams continue to develop innovative ideas and roll out virtual programs to address these issues.  We appreciate the support of our residents, their families, and our Bentley Village team members as we fight the COVID-19 virus. We are in this together!

We have developed a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to address specific issues in more detail. Download our FAQs document.
